Private lessons are booked in the Catalyst Parent Portal. Pick your teacher and any open time from 8 AM to 10 PM. Your teacher confirms it, and you pay after the lesson.

You get a notice when your teacher accepts. You pay after the lesson.
How Booking Works
- Request at least 48 hours ahead. For a sooner time, book it only if your teacher has already agreed to it.
- Your teacher confirms every request. If they can’t answer in time, the request is cancelled automatically and nothing is charged.
- Nothing is charged when you book. You pay after the lesson.
- Cancel a lesson in the portal up to 24 hours before it starts. To move one, ask in the portal early: your teacher answers the request, and the lesson keeps its time until they accept. Within 24 hours, please contact the studio.
- Weekly lessons for the season can be booked as a series in the portal. Semi-private (Duo/Trio) lessons are set up by the studio.
