Ballet for adults who are brand new to it, coming back after years away, or still training. Open-level evening classes at our Lenexa studio, with no audition and no long-term commitment.
A ballet class usually starts with warm-up exercises at the barre and builds toward combinations in the center, working on alignment, strength, balance and musicality.
Never taken ballet? Open-level classes welcome complete beginners, and no dance background is expected.
Return to the barre without pressure and rebuild your technique at your own pace.
Keep working on technique and artistry in a focused adult class, without joining a competition team.
